A Data-Driven Approach

Half Double Methodology is a hybrid project management methodology that is simple and adaptable, and therefore suitable for use in combination with other project methodologies already in use in organizations.

From its inception, the Half Double Methodology has been rooted in data-driven decision-making. To assess its real-world impact, we partnered with Aarhus University that enlisted the expertise of Associate Professor Per Svejvig, a renowned researcher in the field of project management. Just recently, Per Svejvig published an in-depth evaluation spanning eight years, gathering insights from 28 Half Double projects and comparing them with 88 reference projects.
